Evil Blog #12
I believe in both. I know it sounds weird but I believe that people are born evil and learn to be evil. There is this situation where ive been through with my "evil" cousin. Every since we were little she treated me like crap! It's like she had the mind of a Devious, mellicious 34 year old and we were just babies. Babies arentt suppose to know any better! But then what makes me believe that some people learn to be evil is because I grew up nice and shy. By the time I reached 6th grade I started acting like most of the cool kids that use to be around me and where i stayed. There was Fighting, arguing with teachers, and compulsive lying. I did it because I wanted to be cool and I had no choice. I didnt want to be an outcast or in other words "lame". Now I wish that I never done those stupid things then maybe I would be a better person. I believe that if you were raised right it would be fine. Some people are born harmful because I know for sure I was. I think people grow out of it. Naturally.

#8 What's love got to do with it?
Song of solomon is all about love. what makes love so complex?
In the book of Song of Solomon, love is very complex and hard to find. A prime example is macon's wife Rose. Eventhough she's treated unfair and not treated the way she's suppose to be treated, she still stays because she feels that no one would want her because she's too old. In this situation, love is complicated because she can't leave the ungrateful, selfish man she's married to. Even if she does leave him she would have no one. Pilate on the other hand, seeks love and won't allow it to happpen. Pilate is still stuck in between childhood and reality which is growing up. She feels that if she dates anyone her dad will find out and she would be judged or treated unfair, so she tries to avoid i. Love is complicated int his situation because she wants someone to love but can't have it because she doesnt want anyone to know. In this book, love defines, haterd, darkness, and betrayal. Love is very complex in this story because its hard to seek and hard to get through the tough times.

With Knowledge comes suffering
There are many difficulties in being a teenager. Teenagers have a limited amount of things to do or we can do. We don't have enough freedom! It's like we are trapped and we are forced to what our parents or any adults to say.
Driving: We would have to go through our parents to get the car.
Punishment: Most of us get in trouble over the nst simplest things.
No freedom: We can't go anywhere without permission, can't get a job without asking, and we can't get the car when we need it.
Why is being a teenager such a pain in the A$*? I don't understand.
NO FREEDOM AT ALL!!!!

In my family, it's me, my dad, my stepmother and the twins. theres nothing to really say abut the twins but being that they are nice and supportive. My stepmother is supportive too.My dad, I get annoyed when i have company and they see how old he is. Sometimes i feel bad, but i put all my differences aside. I really get annoyed when he yells at me when i have company! I am definately proud of having him in my life because without him i have no one. My dad has this thing where he likes to ramble around in my room and stuff and I get annoyed sometimes but i appreciate everything he does for me.Me and my dad may have some pretty bad days but we get through them. My response #4
Do you believe that you have a freewill, or do you believe in fate? You must choose one or if they are connected to one other and explain why. Don't be superficial in your response.
I believe in fate. I believe that our life is already determined and that things happen for a reason. Things maybe harsh in times but things happen for a reason. It's either teaching you a lesson or giving you answers to what you dont know. Fate is destined to happen to anybody. Many people believe in freewill because they use examples like: If you eat something and you became sick the next morning its your own fault. You chose to eat the food. No it's determined! that sounds stupid.

My Icon: Holy Cross
My icon is the Holy Cross. The Holy Cross represents Christian beliefs. The beliefs are God sent is son to earth to save man his name was Jesus. Jesus was the man form of God on earth and he helps spread his father’s message. The Holy Cross represents crucifixion. He was crucified on the cross he died on the cross. He died for all the sins man made. It is a reminder to Christians to have faith and you will have everlasting life spiritually. It is also a reminder of sorrow and how he gave his life of hatred for us. Just as an anchor holds a ship steady, so Christians believe that their faith and hope in Jesus is like an anchor holding their lives steady.
"Anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me" (Matthew 10:38)he also said, " if anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily" (Luke 9:23)
The suffering of the crucifixion made the cross a dramatic symbol of pain, distress and burden bearing. I believe Jesus used the Cross as a symbol to portray the spiritual sacrifice required of his followers. The holy cross represents "Life". Around the world and throughout history, people have used signs and symbols in their faith. In many countries today, the most famous religious symbols are Christianity because it reminds people of the death of Jesus.
I truly believe that the holy cross is "only" used for good and never bad. The Holy Cross is used against us in many ways and it is not always used for good. For example, The KKK. They usually burned down the crosses because they had different beliefs. The Holy Cross is one of the earliest and most widely used Christian symbol. A great variety of crosses has developed some with specific symbolic meaning and others that have simply become culturally associated with certain group. The Cross because of what it represents it is the most potent and universal symbol of the Christian faith. It has inspired private devotions: for example, the sign of the Cross, which is an invocation of the Holy Trinity. We remember our lord's words," He who does not take up his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for my sake shall find it” (Mt 10:38,39) Meditating on these words we unite ourselves with his obedience and his sacrifice.
